This one goes out to you Big Al!

I was lucky enough to make it to a Blues vs. Storms game on Saturday in Auckland. My friend Oliver got the heads up a week or so ago from a Kiwi family he was staying with and I said... "Sign me up!" The Blues are a NZ team (I'm not sure of what league) and the Storms are from South Africa. We cruised up from Taupo that day and after getting our hostel and a bus to the stadium, showed up with minutes to spare til kickoff. The line for tickets was outrageous and we weren't sure where we would end up, but we chose the opposite side everyone from NZ was headed for and ended up with 2nd row seats. It was supposed to be a good game and it was. It was tied 14 14 with a minute left and in the last bit the Blues kicked a something or other and ended up winning 17 14. So... fun times. Nothing like catching seats for the national sport!
